2.1 By registering a bp99 Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable game-specific rules, promotion terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3.3 Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. bp99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Member information.
3.4 Verification: bp99 may require identity verification documents (including government-issued photo identification and proof of address) before processing withdrawals or at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions: bp99 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bp99 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
4.1 Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bp99 Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. bp99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account through no fault of bp99.
4.2 Suspicious Activity: You must notify bp99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Contact our 24/7 live chat support without delay in such circumstances.
4.3 Account Closure: You may request closure of your bp99 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method following identity verification.
4.4 Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bp99 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts, the details of which will be communicated to the Member's registered email address prior to any deduction.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: bp99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. bp99 reserves the right to vary minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
5.3 Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties, or funded through proceeds of unlawful activity, constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing: bp99 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated on the Platform. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. bp99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals of significant amounts.
5.5 Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will, wherever practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bp99 reserves the right to require withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method in certain circumstances.
6.1 bp99 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are set out in the individual promotion terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your bp99 Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Abuse & Misuse: bp99 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and/or suspend Accounts where bp99 determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that a Member has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus farming, or exploitation of promotional mechanics across multiple Accounts.
6.4 bp99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any commitments already made to Members under an active promotion at the time of the change.
7.1 All Wagers placed on bp99 are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook betting rules published on the Platform at the time the Wager is accepted.
7.2 Acceptance of Bets: bp99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its absolute discretion without explanation. This includes but is not limited to Wagers placed on events where bp99 has reason to believe match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns are present.
7.3 System Errors: In the event of a system malfunction, pricing error, or other technical fault that results in incorrect odds being offered or a Wager being accepted in error, bp99 reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and refund the relevant stake to the Member's Account.
7.4 Event Cancellation: Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach its conclusion in accordance with the applicable competition rules, Wagers will be settled in accordance with the bp99 Sportsbook rules for the relevant event type.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bp99 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all outstanding Wagers, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the bp99 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, logos, graphics, text, game titles, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bp99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bp99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond this limited licence.
9.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bp99 Platform without prior written authorisation from bp99.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 bp99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit bp99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bp99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bp99 holds its gaming licence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact bp99 customer support in the first instance. bp99 aims to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by bp99's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
